Parking Information
We advise all patrons to park their vehicles at the VCU Main St. Parking Deck. Located on the block between Laurel St and Cherry St on W Main St. Visitors can also park on the street surrounding the Monroe Park area.
Food and Dining
The VCU Intercultural Festival offers a variety of food from different cultures on the site of the festival at Monroe Park. Over a dozen vendors will be serving affordable and delectable dishes from all over the world.

During the week of April 5-9, leading up to the festival, the VCU Intercultural Festival is organizing various activities on the campus of VCU for VCU students to celebrate diversity on campus. Here is the list of events:
Monday
- "Multiculturalism in Children’s TV" Panel Discussion, University Student Commons - Richmond Salons, 1 - 5 p.m.
Tuesday
- Make Your Own Salsa, University Student Commons - Virginia Room C-D, 1 - 3 p.m.
- Presidential Awards for Community Multicultural Enrichment (PACME), University Student Commons - Richmond Salons, 3 pm – 5 pm
Wednesday
- ICF Build-A-Bear, University Student Commons - Virginia Room C-D, 1 - 4 p.m. Tickets required; only 100 available (free) at BreakPoint Games Room
- International Food Night, Shafer Court Dining Center, 5 - 9 p.m.
Thursday
- Cultural Art Exhibition Reception, University Student Commons - Student Art Space, Noon - 2 p.m.
- Traditional Cultural Games: Come Play Games From All Around the World, University Student Commons - Richmond Salons IV, 3 - 5 p.m.
Friday
- World Beat Dance Lessons: Learn Dances From Different Cultures, University Student Commons - Richmond Salons III - IV, 1 - 5 p.m.
